In a strange landscape somewhere between forests, mountains and the Mediterranean, fringe filmmaker Vernier shoots men and women searching for meaning and social ties. Following a sophisticated yet clear narrative, this exceptional film leads us into the darkness of our times under a sun that sets upside down.
