Insolent, spontaneous and funny; Pamela, a young Roma woman, does not ressemble any of the girls of her community. She lives alone with her grandmother and her baby in a hut where they share the same bed. But what can you do with a two-year old child when you dream of being free? Pamela embarks on a journey to the unknown, breaking with the suffocating traditions. With the four French words cartable, fenêtre, amour, pizza and the hope of a wedding that might change her destiny and that of her daughter, she leaves her home.
