BRIFF 2020
The BRIFF is THE film festival in Brussels.
It takes place in the heart of the capital et several movie theaters : UGC, Galeries, Bozar, Palace but also in open air at the BRIFF Village.
It features films from all over the world through an eclectic selection. You’ll be able to attend three competion programs : international, national and the Directors’Week (young European auteurs) as well as thematic programs (a retrospective of this year’s Belgian films, « Green Planet », Focus on Croatian Cinema, etc.).
But the BRIFF is also the opportunity to meet prestigious guests (the first editions invited Terry Gilliam, Abel Ferrara, Michel Hazanavicius, Claudia Cardinale, Gérard Depardieu, and many more) and to attend film premieres.
You plan to attend with your family ? It won’t be a problem as several programs and activities are aimed at younger audiences.
If you want to relax between two screening in the obscurity of the theaters, the BRIFF Village is there for your leisure and enjoyment, with a bar, concerts, and open air screenings.
